Cornbread Cake
1 c Sugar or 1/2 c Splenda/Sugar Substitute 1 c Brown Sugar or 1/2 c Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 4 Eggs, beaten 1 c Vegetable Oil 1-1/2 c Self-Rising Flour 1 tsp Vanilla 2 c Pecans, finely chopped |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish. Stir together sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in flour and vanilla. Add pecans and stir until evenly mixed. Spoon into prepared dish and bake for 30-35 min. Serve with dollop of Cool Whip or whipped cream. |
